Most commonly used reference measurements
Ear:
16G (1.2 mm) gauge.
Labrets with lengths from 6 mm to 8 mm and rings with diameters between 8 mm and 10 mm, depending on the area of the ear.
Nose:
For Nostril, the most common gauges are 20G (0.8 mm) or 18G (1 mm).
For Septum, 18G or 16G are generally used, with diameters between 8 mm and 10 mm.
Navel:
14G (1.6 mm) gauge with a 10 mm length, considered the standard size.
Nipple:
14G (1.6 mm) gauge with lengths between 14 mm and 16 mm, depending on each person's anatomy.

For hygiene and safety, piercing jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery, except for a manufacturing defect, an incorrect item, or transit damage.
Solid-gold warranty
6 months for manufacturing defects affecting the closure system, structure, or component attachment.
Lifetime gold authenticity: jewelry sold as 14K or 18K solid gold is guaranteed to be authentic solid gold of the stated karat. This does not cover damage, wear, stone loss, or closure failure for life.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, impact, deformation, chemical exposure, improper handling, stone loss caused by use, or third-party alterations.

Helix Body Jewelry LLC offers premium piercing jewelry crafted from 14K and 18K solid gold and ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium. For hygiene and safety, every customer must receive a new, unworn piece.
Returns and exchanges
Because piercing jewelry is a personal-use product that comes into direct contact with the skin and bodily fluids, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
We will review and resolve requests involving:
- a manufacturing defect;
- an incorrect item sent by Helix Body Jewelry; or
- damage or missing items caused during transit.
Before ordering, please review the material, gauge, dimensions, closure system, and recommended piercing placement. Our customer care team is available to help you choose the appropriate piece before purchase.

Our material descriptions and wear recommendations are based on professional body-jewelry standards. Manufacturing warranty
ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium
Three (3) months from delivery for manufacturing defects affecting the closure system, structural integrity, or detachment of a component caused by a manufacturing failure.
14K and 18K solid gold
Six (6) months from delivery for manufacturing defects affecting the closure system, structural integrity, or detachment of a component caused by a manufacturing failure.
Lifetime gold authenticity: we guarantee that jewelry sold as 14K or 18K solid gold is authentic solid gold of the stated karat. This is an authenticity guarantee for the gold material only; it is not a lifetime warranty against damage, wear, stone loss, or failure of the jewelry.
What the warranty does not cover
- normal wear, scratches, discoloration of non-gold finishes, or routine maintenance;
- impact, crushing, bending, deformation, or improper handling;
- damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, cleaning products, or unsuitable cleaning methods;
- loss or damage of stones caused by impact, snagging, improper use, or ordinary wear;
- incorrect installation, use in an unsuitable piercing, or failure to follow care instructions;
- alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by a third party; or
- loss or theft of the jewelry.
How to request a warranty review

After evaluation, Helix Body Jewelry may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or an equivalent item, depending on the nature of the defect and product availability. Any remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Incorrect, damaged, or incomplete orders
Report visible transit damage, an altered package, an incorrect item, or missing contents within five (5) business days after delivery. Include the order number and photographs of the shipping package, label, and items received. After validation, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or other remedy at no additional product cost.
Undelivered packages and address accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We will assist with carrier inquiries, address updates when still possible, and delivery issues. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or an unclaimed package may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
International duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs delays are outside our direct control.
